• From its inception in 1994, DCH has consistently developed training programs for its employees, computerized management systems, equipment and facilities to place itself as a leader in the custom home building business. Under the direction of Tim Dousay, DCH has developed a reputation as a team-builder; bring together the concepts of architects, interior designers, and homeowners to build some of the most prestigious homes in the area.

•Tim Dousay worked in the Rapides Parish School System as a teacher and a coach for 20 years while working in the home construction business in the summers.  Tim retired from his assignment at Bolton High School in 1996 and began full time work in the Custom Home Building Business.  He is a member of the Central Louisiana Home Builders Association, the National Home Builders Association, Central Louisiana Chamber of Commerce, and the Better Business Bureau.  Dousay received a bachelor’s degree from Louisiana College and master’s degree from Northwestern State University.
